A question often asked at swimming lessons is “Why is my child just playing games? They aren’t learning.”
In fact, more research has shown FUN has a positive effect on motivation levels, determining what we learn and how much we retain.
That's why a fun approach to learning is so important for children, and adults as well, whether for swimming lessons or for any other learning opportunity.
01 Learning Through Fun and Game
The easiest way for children or adults to acquire the skills needed to be a confident swimmer is through Fun and meaningful games and activities.
- Discover (Parent Baby)
Discover classes are designed for parents and children to learn the joys of water activities together, with young students being trained to become familiar with the feeling of moving in the water through cheerful songs and toys.

- Courage
In Courage classes, students experience the pool through fun activities designed to teach a number of swimming-based skills so that they are comfortable, safe, and able to independently move small distances in the water.
- Grow
Grow classes are designed to teach students the ability to freely move through the water comfortably and effectively, achieved by developing the core skills that become the basis for effective competitive stroke swimming later.
